  • Research the best practices and trends for your business.
  • Implement internal controls as required for your company.
  • Maintain and update accounting policies for your small business or company as required to streamline operations.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

2-Our Qualifications:

  • Certified QuickBooks Proadvisor. Passed rigorous examinations to teach QuickBooks
  • 10 years of experience in an accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Authentic enthusiasm, motivation, perseverance and unwavering entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Extremely organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Superb written and verbal communications skills.
  • Passion for innovative finance and accounting solutions and process improvement.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel and professional proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong team work and interpersonal skills.
  • Certified QuickBooks Proadvisors and instructors. 
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top university.
