Manage QuickBooks, including detailed account reconciliations and journal entries, financial statements, bank reconciliation’s, banking transactions, and expense reports.
Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Process payroll and generate payroll-related reports for management and stakeholders.
Prepare financial reports for tax filing and internal and external audits.
Research the best practices and trends for your business.
Implement internal controls as required for your company.
Maintain and update accounting policies for your small business or company as required to streamline operations.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
2-Our Qualifications:
Certified QuickBooks Proadvisor. Passed rigorous examinations to teach QuickBooks
10 years of experience in an accounting and bookkeeping.
Authentic enthusiasm, motivation, perseverance and unwavering entrepreneurial spirit.
Extremely organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Superb written and verbal communications skills.
Passion for innovative finance and accounting solutions and process improvement.
Mastery of Microsoft Excel and professional proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Strong team work and interpersonal skills.
Certified QuickBooks Proadvisors and instructors.
Bachelor’s degree from a top university.
